About

Our apple jelly begins with a slow and traditional process. Apples are gently cooked and the juice is carefully strained to create a clear, delicate jelly. From there, herbs and spices are infused to create unique flavours such as rosemary and chilli.
Each batch is made in small quantities, allowing the flavours to develop naturally and ensuring every jar meets the same high standard.

The idea started with Sam’s love of cooking and experimenting in the kitchen. After discovering how versatile apple jelly could be in both sweet and savoury dishes, she began developing her own flavour combinations using herbs and spices.
Today, every jar is still made in small batches, with the same attention to detail and care.
Our aim is simple: to create a handcrafted jelly that brings something a little different to the table — whether paired with cheese, used as a glaze for roasting, or added to dishes for an extra depth of flavour.
