At SamtheJam LTD, we take great pride in our handmade, small-batch preserves and want you to be completely happy with your order.
Damaged or Faulty Items If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at samthejamltd@gmail.com with a photo of the damage. Once assessed, we will offer a full replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Perishable Goods As our products are handmade food items, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. This is in line with UK consumer law regarding perishable goods.
Incorrect Orders If you receive the wrong items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Refund Process Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
