Delivery Areas We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery Costs

• Orders under £40 — £3.99 standard delivery
• Orders £40 and over — Free standard delivery

Dispatch Times Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment being confirmed. As our preserves are handmade in small batches, during busy periods this may take a little longer. We'll always let you know if there's a delay.

Delivery Times Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 2–5 business days via Royal Mail or a comparable courier service.

Packaging We take great care in packaging our jars to ensure they arrive safely. All orders are packed securely to minimise the risk of breakage in transit.

Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.
